As much as I don´t want to spend a minute in the office, and want to be on the build site all day, the time we are spending over coffee early in the morning has proven invaluable. This is when we make sure the progress on the material delivery is coming, talk about who we have lined up for labor, I give an update on the donation progress, I try (with mixed success) to be patient on delivery of materials, progress with the land approval.
