Checking in to see when the experienced workers are coming available
We´re cherry-picking where we can in order to get the best people on the builds. This has entailed 2 solid days of going to each build in process around the area, talking with the albañiles (lead construction supervisors), joking with them, admiring their work. Then slowly, gently discussing when they can makes themselves available. Can it be sooner? Is there anything that we can do to make it sooner? et cetera...
