Drinking the offering to "Pachamama" of wine
There is a tradition that on roofing day we give thanks to the Goddess of Mother Earth, Pachamama when we finish the roof. Everybody shares a cup of wine, and we pour some onto the ground. I'm not so much for hydrating with wine after 5 hours of hard work, but the tradition always makes me happy.
